1.1 This website, VIVARIUM (the "Site"), operates as a digital marketplace for street apparel and lifestyle goods, managed by the VIVARIUM collective (the "Operator").

1.2 Accessing the Site or purchasing any items implies a legally binding commitment to these Terms of Service. If these conditions are not acceptable to you, please discontinue site usage and exit the platform immediately.

2. Manufacturing and Customization

2.1 Every garment is produced and printed individually based on specific customer inputs regarding size, color, and graphic style.

2.2 Please note that digital previews are representative; actual physical goods may feature minor characteristic differences in color saturation, scale, or placement due to screen resolution and material texture.

2.3 These standard variations are inherent to on-demand printing and do not constitute manufacturing faults, therefore they do not qualify for returns.

2.4 All site imagery is for conceptual visualization and creates no binding obligation.

3. Billing and Currency

3.1 Listed prices exclude local import tariffs, customs fees, or VAT applicable in the delivery territory. These additional costs are the sole obligation of the buyer.

3.2 Displayed totals exclude logistics fees, which are added at the checkout phase prior to final authorization.

3.3 The Operator may adjust pricing or shipping coefficients without advance warning. Only the price confirmed at the moment of payment is final.

3.4 All transactions are handled by certified payment processors using encrypted channels.

3.5 Final order confirmation depends on bank authorization; if payment is declined, the order will be voided.

4. Global Logistics

4.1 Orders are delivered to the recipient address entered at checkout through our international courier partners.

4.2 Production and Shipping: As our items are crafted on demand, order processing and production typically take 2 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 21 business days, subject to local customs clearance. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

4.3 External factors such as customs clearance or high seasonal demand may influence these timelines.

4.4 VIVARIUM is not responsible for delivery interruptions caused by force majeure events, labor strikes, inclement weather, or courier-specific delays.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1 As our production is custom-triggered, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for changes of heart or incorrect size selection once printing has commenced.

5.2 We will evaluate cases involving major production defects or fundamental printing errors that differ significantly from the original order.

5.3 Any discrepancies must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear visual documentation.

5.4 Resolution is at our sole discretion and may include a shop credit, replacement, or refund.

5.5 We cannot accept claims resulting from standard wear, improper laundering, or misuse by the consumer.

6. Proprietary Rights

6.1 All creative assets on this Site—including graphics, brand logos, code, photography, and the VIVARIUM trademark—are the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator.

6.2 Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these designs without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Site interaction does not transfer any ownership rights or licensing privileges to the user regarding our intellectual property.

7. Data Protection

7.1 We utilize SSL encryption and standard security architecture to safeguard your transactions and personal data.

7.2 While we prioritize data integrity, no online system is perfectly secure. Users acknowledge these inherent risks when transacting online.

7.3 We do not store sensitive payment card details; all financial processing is conducted by verified third-party providers.
