1.1 Production Standards: Items are often crafted on demand. Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
1.2 International Transit: Delivery typically arrives in 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, subject to local customs.
1.3 Exclusions: Business days exclude weekends, holidays, and strike periods.
2. ORDER TRACKING & COMMUNICATIONS

6. LIABILITY AND DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS
6.1 Third-Party Delays: We are not liable for delays by external carriers.
6.2 Extended Delays: If dispatch exceeds 30 business days (excluding force majeure), users may cancel for a full refund.
6.3 Missing Parcels: Loss must be reported within 14 days of the expected date to be eligible for review or replacement.
